Isabella Guilford, Owner of Mercantile Maricopa
Meet Isabella Guilford. She is a whole 15 and the boss of her own store. Yes, 15! We got the chance to interview this young entrepreneur to get insight on what made her start her own business. Says Isabella, “I have always wanted to be a business owner since I was a little girl. Then the opportunity came that I could run a store as well as give people a fun new outlet in Maricopa”.
When asked about any barriers to success, she says “My biggest obstacle lately has been managing my time since I am still in school, Student Council Vice President, and a part of the Youth Council for the City of Maricopa”.
